Dr. Tania Jain

Tania is a university academic teaching entrepreneurship, organisational diversity, and cross-cultural leadership. She was recognised in Think List 2020 as an influential faculty academic working on responsible business by the University of Bath’s Centre for Business, Organisations, and Society. She has developed multiple incubators and accelerators in the UK higher education space with support from government and private sector bodies. She also helps academics translate their research for commercialisation and industrial applications.

Tania completed her DPhil (PhD) in entrepreneurial resilience and diversity at the Said Business School at the University of Oxford. Her PhD work received the Society of Business Ethics Best Dissertation Award and was shortlisted for the Grigor McClelland Best Dissertation Award. She also has a masters degree in Economics from the University of Warwick completed with Distinction. She has taught at various Russell Group universities such as the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Liverpool Management School to name a couple. She has also trained with the Association for Coaching on professional coach training.
